June 2022 Sales

June was a month of new beginnings, new adventure and closure. We saw an 8 month home search come to an end in Tuscany and a deal we worked on for 6 years finally close. We also saw two transplants from the GTA move into incredible Calgary homes and 4 GTA investors take possession of stunning new condos. We had a family take possession of their dream acreage, another take possession of her dream infill and a long-time client sell her bachelorette pad to make the move to the burbs with her beautiful little family.
